“ This restaurant is a hidden gem located in the heart of Tlaquepaque, on Calle Independencia between Calle Contreras Medellin and Calle Cruz Verde. To start, I must mention our waitress Penelope was wonderful. So, the restaurant, It has many normal Mexican dishes listed on its menu, however the manner in which these dishes are made (with unique & high quality ingredients give it a gourmet edge that many of it’s competitors in the neighborhood don’t do as well. For example, I had a duck burrito that was served with a cherry tomato salsa—every aspect of this culinary delight was delight. My wife had chicken mole, and it was better than any mole we’ve ever had in Mexico (even better than the many moles we tried in Oaxaca.) Anyhow, I could go on and on and wax poetic about our drinks, the salsas, etc. but I will end this by emphasizing that the food is amazing. ”
